He specializes in supporting organizations in healthcare, legal, dental, assisted living facilities, financial services, construction, and other highly regulated industries where security, compliance, and reliability are essential.

As an Account Manager, Glydel Bacalso brings dedication, organization, and a keen eye for detail to every project she manages. Roniel Tribunalo

As an IT Administrator, Roniel Tribulano brings over 17 years of hands-on experience as a Local IT Administrator and Enterprise Support Engineer. He specializes in full-cycle IT asset management, configuration, and troubleshooting, with core expertise in local infrastructure, including installation, maintenance, and scripting (PowerShell) for system deployment and management. Roniel also has extensive experience in E-commerce platform integration, ensuring seamless data flow between critical systems like HubSpot and LMS. Additionally, he has a proven track record in high-volume Workforce Management (WFM), creating strategic schedules and forecasts for over 1,000 employees to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Known for his combination of technical expertise and strategic insight, Roniel plays a key role in maintaining efficiency and supporting complex technology environments.
